Crystal Horton: Um, so today’s topic of discussion, we’re going to continue on to what we discussed yesterday, which, um, we had showed you how to request a Google Review Kit which showed images and it also had a video. So today we want to kind of go into more discussion about what a review video is and why the importance of a review image also is, is important as well because here at accelerate marketing, we believe a review is only as good as the number of people that see it, right? Ryan?
Ryan Steinolfson: Absolutely. I mean that’s one of the things that is so important that people understand and not only that, but we also believe that reputation marketing is as important or more important. The reputation management. It’s not just about getting people to actually getting our customers and clients to get more reviews on Google, facebook, bing, Yahoo, etc. It’s, ok, well what’s the next step? Likew , once you get those reviews, what do you do with them are, you know, are you effectively creating review images, you know, out of those reviews so that you know, you can show them off on social media or with a poster in front of your, you know, in front of your store, in front of your, you know, your business. And then the other thIng is, is, you know, creating review videos where you take those reviews and you show them off in a video and you post that video on your youtube channel or even, you know, put it on your google my business page.
Ryan Steinolfson: Um, so that people can see those reviews wherever the rat or the other third, the third place that we actually do social proof marketing or reputation marketing, um, is on your website. We take those reviews and we post them to the person’s website so that whenever our review comes in, within 20 fOur hours, we have that review plastered on their website or put on the website so that people can see those reviews. So that people that are going. Because people will go to a website for a business and get their totally separately than going to their directory and seeing review there. And so we just want to maKe sure that wherever that person engages with that business, whether it’s on their website, on their directory, on youtube, on social media, they see those five star reviews. That’s, that’s what reputation marketing is. And that’s the really the most important part of managing somebody’s reputation in my opinion. That’s what, that’s what, that’s what I believe. So what else we got?
Crystal Horton: All right. So I’m also going to post in the comments below how you can take our 45 second quiz which asks you just like maybe four or five questions and find out what your online reputation score is. Um, and then send us a message if you have any questions at [inaudible] dot me slash accelerate marketing because we’re here to help. So if you’ve got some questions, send us in questions.
Ryan Steinolfson: Yeah. And I think crystal, since let’s show your spring and I want to, I want to demonstrate, um, a review video. We’ve got two different types. I mean, one that we create using google, ok, we, we create the, a google review video and I’d like to show that and then also we use our spokesmodel and our green screen technology on our prime time graphics in order to display that five star review. And the beautiful thing about what we do with video is that we use to have the five psychological triggers that I talk a lot about, which is the two that we use is authority. So we’re using google’s authority that directories authority by showing that it’s actually a review on a third party directory. So if you type in, for example to, you know, tiffany’s tampa, like women, all women like japanese, so we can show one of our, you know, our review videos there and you’ll see that, you know, we’ve got, we’ve used our green screen so and we’ve got five different spokes models that we use, one even that we use for Australia and it basically introduces the, there’s.
Ryan Steinolfson: Yeah. And that’s really important as well. This is why video is so important guys, because even, you know, we talked about local seo and here’s where local seo again, crosses right over into reputation. You can’t, they’re really inseparable. This is why we put them together as our foundation, but with our foundation products suite of products and services is, which comprises reputation, local seo, and then um, well primarily location or our local seo and reputation management marketing. Those are our foundation products. They, they are really inseparable as I’ve said, and this is one of the reasons why they are, is because when you create these, when you reputation do reputation marketing, effectively, you’re creating review videos and this is an example of why you want to create continually these huge video, not just one but as many as you can because on youtube you can rank for those all coated keywords that are like your main keyword plus city.
Ryan Steinolfson: Ok? So in other words, property managers is primariLy who we serve. So property management is there, that’s their money keyWord, you know, that’s their top keywords. So we want to make sure that when anybody types in property management and a specific city, so in other words you probably, if I was you, I would want to get one of these reputation, these review videos, rankings for your main city, also your for your business name and city, but also five surrounding cities so that when people see and they type in those keywords for those surrounding cities, they see this video, this thumb nail. I mean, look at that. Look at how much real estate. We always talk about real estate in the search results. This is what you can do. You can, you can just basically box out, you know, your competition. You know, just like in basketball, you box out the person down low so that you can get that rebound.
Ryan Steinolfson: Same thing we were trying to do here. You’re going to box out your competition so that you can get that, those eyeballs and you know on your property, on your content in video, does so much to really convey your message and when you can convey your message and use to have the, the five psychological triggers, which is authority. We’re leveraging, you know, the authority of the, of the directory and social proof, which is a review from somebody else talking about your business and specificity because they’re specifically. We can specifically highlight any review that we want to, which is really, really cool. So in other words, we would. What we’ll do is we’ll highlight and we’ll we’ll feature in this review video because that’s what we do on the video. If you want to go ahead and click on it crystal so you can play it so people can see what we do is we actually highlight a specific review and that that brings in the third part of what we’re talking about, which is specificity.
Ryan Steinolfson: People need to know what it is that you do and what people specifically are happy about in terms of what you did for them for their business. And so here you can see here’s. Yeah, here’s the start of it, and then you’ll see the, you know, the spokesmodel and you’ll see the specificity of what the review says about the business. And so we will typically a very strategic reputation marketing strategy, again would be to get these videos to rank for all those surrounding cities and your business name combined with your city because that’s what people are looking for, that’s what they’re typing in order to find out your particular reputation for your business and you want that thumbnail, you want that real estate to be taken up by all those five star directories that you’re getting reviews on. And then also you want to, you want that thumbnail for the video. But yeah, to play that crystal,
Speaker 3: our customers, our business. So when they gave us a glowing review, we love telling everybody about it. And that’s because we’re focused on giving each customer a five star experience. By the way, you can see that
RyanSteinolfson: we’re actually ok, we’re branding the business with their logo there. We’ve got the specificity of the phone number and you can literally have the person feel what it’s like being in your business by using green screen. So you can see this is how we create these review videos, is we literally put the spokesmodel in your place of business. So you can specifically show them like what your business, you know, the kind of a background of your business or, or what do you know, what the look and feel is of your, of your offices. and then we started getting into and people can always call because they’ve got the phone number at the bottom there, and then you just continued playing
Speaker 3: reviews like this.
Ryan Steinolfson: There’s the review and here’s, and here’s the social proof where we’ve are the, uh, the authority, where were the gm that for google and the upper left hand corner. And then the specificity talking about, you know, the specific, like the, what we talked about, which is the two w testimonial, which is what benefits the person received and why they would recommend your business. If it’s a, if it’s a properly created review and you’ve used our training and our knowledge of how to ask for reviews, then they’re gonna leave a proper review and it’s gonna. It’s gonna leverage. That third component of the five psychological triggers, which is specificity. That’s why these review videos are so powerful and this is why we actually show these review videos off along with the text rule, the textual five star reviews on your website. We put both of review videos and the textual five-star reviews, both first party and third party reviews on. That’s what we recommend because we want to get the leverage of that third party authority and we also want to get those first party reviews on there for, for google with the schema. But yeah, I mean, crystal, can we also show the um, that the google video?
Speaker 1: Yeah.
Ryan Steinolfson: Were showing me yesterday or what else do you think? What do you think? What else do you think would be beneficial to show?
Crystal Horton: We can show the google video. Let me show that.
Ryan Steinolfson: Ok. And by the way there, there is an example of the review images. So there’s. So there’s some of the review images, so postcards and table tents and, and you know, all of this printed material is really, really important to make sure that not only people are remembering that we, that you love to get reviews, but also like crystal said yesterday, to get though to get your staff to remember to ask for these reviews. You know, that’s so important to just keep that reminder because we know that 71, 80 percent of people that are asked to leave a review, we’ll leave review. You just got to ask them. And if you don’t have a reminder there, it’s just out of sight, out of mind. And this is one of the big keys that that really is kind of part of our secret in our review culture training that we do.
Ryan Steinolfson: And by the way, if you want to get that, I mean guys go to that link, that crystal take the quiz because it’s an educational quiz. You get, you get edutainment so you who, you actually get a quiz result at the end. So you’ll know how to, you know, you’ll get a score and it only takes 60 seconds to take, but you will see how you’re doing in, um, in managing your and marketing your reputation at the end of those five questions. And we’ve got so much more value that we can give you once you’re inside of messenger. We’ve got so many different, you know, pds and case studies and educational material that we can send you. Our goal is just to provide you value and all we ask is that you just share it, you know, once you get value, just share the content that we give you because we have their share buttons that we didn’t, that you can use the share it out to other people, you know, once you get the value.
Ryan Steinolfson: This is the way that we do our marketing. You know, we use our, what we call the triple play strategy of, you know, content chat and chat ads. And that’s how we, how we, you know, we basically get our message out there. We don’t do a lot of paid advertising. But um, yeah, so you can see that, you know, there’s, there’s, this is, it’s really the unsung hero of digital marketing, reputation management, marketing if done, if done correctly, and it’s, as I’ve said many times, it’s the tortoise game and not the hair game. It’s, it’s the, you know, it’s a slow game and it’s the one that if you do consistently over time, like us creating content over time, you’ll eventually, you’ll get results, you know, and here’s the video that, that, um, the google video. I play that. All right, you can see what’s really cool that I like, is it highlight the five star and it also highlights google and it shows multiple different reviews. It’s really cool. And it uses the animation. We’ll play it.
Crystal Horton: No. So I refreshed my page and got rid of some tabs and so let me try this one more. One more time.
Speaker 2: Ok,
Speaker 4: what?
Ryan Steinolfson: Yeah. And then in the meantime, while she’s crystal pulling that up, I mean, I think it’s really important to say dimension that there’s. Yeah, there’s the video. Yeah.
Speaker 1: Yep.
Speaker 3: Here we go.
Ryan Steinolfson: A five star. This is all google. You can see that it’s indoor, it’s, you know, you’ve got the authority of google there, you know, I mean, so it’s like this is a google endorsed video. It’s like endorsing your business. I mean, you can’t really get too much better than that, you know?
Speaker 1: Yes.
Speaker 5: that’s that cool. Right
Crystal Horton: scott as well.
Ryan Steinolfson: Yeah, it’s really cool. So I mean, I think people get the appointment. So anything else that you want to, you want to mention? Cristal?
Crystal Horton: No, not really. Anything else that I wanted to mention? I just really wanted to go into further detail from our video today as far as why it’s important to, um, share your images and in, you know, the videos that we put together because it really gets out there. Review is only as good as. yeah,
Ryan Steinolfson: he’s only doing that. I’m going to see it. I mean it’s just, you know, it’s like if you’re not, if you’re not getting more customers with your reviews, I mean that’s, that’s what reputation marketing is, is leveraging your reviews to get more customers. And so I’d really like to, you know, to see more people leveraging that. And if you’re not doing that, you’re leaving a big component out for all that hard work that you’re doing to get the reviews, you know, it’s just, it would be a shame to the not to not do that kind of stuff. So go check us out and, um, let us know what questions you have and what else. I’m crystal, you know, she’s always in the forums for google and, and, um, you know, we’re, we’re helping a business relocate or there’s a specific protocol that you follow and if you do, because if you don’t follow the right protocol when you move your business, um, this all ties into local seo and reputation. You want to, you want to move your google my business pages. You don’t want to lose all that, you know, that, that, uh, that credit that you’ve gotten in that and the longevity of your google my business page over time. And there’s a certain way to do it. If you don’t do it right and you don’t have a professional helping you, um, it can significantly increase your ba or impact your business. And a decrease in number of phone calls that you Get overtime from google.
Crystal Horton: Yes, I agree. Um, monday through friday we are live sharing successful strategies on how you can become the go to business in your niche.
