Last Saturday I was in a training meeting and I (my team was notified as well) was notified on my cell phone that somebody was engaging with our chat bot on our web site. See image at the bottom of this email.

I immediately engaged in the conversation by chatting from my phone (through a app) to the person on our web site.

The person that started the conversation was looking for leads and not marketing. Because I was able to start a conversation with them they scheduled an appointment. I was able to explain what we do when we met with him and as a result they wanted me to send him a quote.

I am very sure that if I was not there to chat when he was on my site Lonny would have bounced from my site and never converted to a lead. 🙂
