When most businesses set out to gather reviews to their business, they’ll typically mass email their customer list asking for a review.
These are great but these are not the best type of review you can get and quality counts a lot when it comes to online reviews.
When customers are researching a business online, they look at the number of reviews obviously but what most businesses don’t realize is how important the actual review content is.
Like we’ve said before, the best way to get better quality reviews is to have those in your company working closest with the customer to ask for the review using the ‘2 W’s’:
What benefit did you get working with us?
Why would you recommend us?
Using this little trick will dramatically increase the quality of your online reviews and therefore drastically increase the number of inbound leads to your business as a result.
